An Ordinance to amend the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance.

[12th January 1979)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dutiable Commodities Short dde. (Amendment) Ordinance 1979.

2. Section 6 of the priocipal Ordinance is amended-

(a) in subsection (1Xn) by inserting after "issue" the following-

+

suspension and revocation"; and

(b) ja subsection (2) by deleting "Regulations" and substituting the

following-

"Without prejudice to subsection (1)(a), regulations".
