An Ordinance to amend the Lands Tribunal Ordinance.

(1st December, 1978)

Exacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Lands Tribunal (Amendment) Stori due. Ordinance 1978.

1. Section 9(6) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of paragraph (5) and substituting the following-

SECTION 9. (Cap. 173

"(6) the Tribunal hearing those proceedings does not include a member

qualified in law,”.

3. Section 10(3) of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) in paragraph (6) by deleting "and" at the end thereof;

(8) in paragraph (c) by deleting the full stop and substituting the

following-

"; and"; and

(c) by inserting, after paragraph (c), the following new paragraph— "(d) the evidence which may be required or admitted in any

proceedings before the Tribums).".
