PART I
PRELIMINARY
L. This Ordinance may be cited as the Shipping and Port Control Shan die and Ordinance 1978 and shall come into operation ou à day 10 be appointed commencemen. by the Governor by notice in the Gazette, and notices under this section may appoint different dates for different provisions of this Ordinance.
