An Ordinance to amend the Duliable Commodities Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and coDSENL
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Duriable Commodities Stort útk. (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1978.
3. Section 53 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the Amendment of deflation of "toilet preparation" and substituting the following-*
***toilet preparation" means any preparation containing more than 1.2 per cent of shyl alcohol by volume which the Director is satisfied is intended for use for personal hygiene or cosmetic purposes;".
