An Ordinance to amend the Mass Transit Railway (Land Resumption and

Related Provisions) Ordinance.

[21st July, 1978]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Mass Transit Railway (Land Short Ale. Resumption and Related Provisions) (Amendment) Ordinance 1978.

2.

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the definition Ampedance of

of "vlager 1 to 4 of the railway" by-

(a) inserting after "stages 1 to 4" the following–

"and stage 6"; and

(6) deleting “Lai Chi Kok Bay", and substituting the following-

"Two Kung Tam, Tsuen Wan".
