An ordinance to amend the Road Traffic Ordinance,

(23rd June, 1978)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment); Short ute. (No. 2) Ordinance 1978.

2 Section 4A of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Amendment al after subsection (5), the following new subsection-

"(6) For the avoidance of doubt it is bereby declared that the Commissioner's power to register or license a motor vehicle as a public car ceased with effect from the 1st November 1977,",
