Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Auxiliary Forces Pay and Short ille, Allowances (Amendment) Ordinance 1978.

Section 10 of the principal Ordinance is amended by-

(a) being renumbered as subsection (1);

(6) deleting "la" and substituting the following—

"Subject to subsection (2), in"; and

(c) inserting the following new subsection-

"(2) No member of the Royal Hong Kong Auxillary Police Force shall be eligible to receive a ration allowance.".
