An Ordinance to amend the Housing Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Housing (Amendment) (No. 2) Sbon dike. Ordinance 1978.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
Ammendment of
clad 2,
(a) in the definition of "eatate", by inserting, after "Authority" in (Cao, 281)
the second place where it occurs, the following--
"under section 5 or under a deed of mutual covenaul or otherwise";
(b) by deleting the definition of "land" and substituting the follow-
ing
""land" includes any building and structure thereon and any
part of such building or structure;"; and

(c) by inserting, in their appropriate alphabetical positions, the fol-
lowing definitions-
""common parts" means the whole of any land sold or other- wise disposed of under section 17A, except auch parts
