An Ordinance to amend the Evidence Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Evidence (Amendment) Short de. Ordinance 1978.
2. Section 7N(3) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of "Hong Kong" and substituting the following →
mection 77.
"The United Kingdom, Hong Kong, or any other territory for (Cap. 4) which the United Kingdom is responsible under international law***
