An Ordinance to amend the Criminal Prosedure Ordinance,

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and con-

sent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Criminal Procedure (Amend- Saari ucte. ment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1978.

2. Section 81Y of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Ammadracat of after subsection (3) the following new subsection—

"(4) The references in this section to a single judge are to a single judge of the Court of Appeal or of the High Court,”.
