3. The Schedule is amended by deleting paragraph 4 and substituting the following—

I. The following new section is added after section 65D.

"Proof of

Intercoursd.

65E. Where in any criminal proceedings it is necessary to prove Bexual intercourse, it shall not be necessary to prove the completion of the intercourse by the emission of Feed, but intercourse shall be deemed complete upon proof of penetration only."

2. The Second Schedule is amended by- (a) inserting opposite "The Crimes Drdin- ance" in the third column after "Paçı V] (Incest)" the following

"and Part XII (Sexual and related offences)":

(6) deleting in the first, second and third columns "Cap. 213. The Protection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance. The whole Ordinance”.

The Third Schedule is amended in item 6 by deleting "section 7 of the Protection of Wormen and Juveniles Ordinance" and substitu- ing the following

"section 122 of the Crimes Ordinance".

The Schedule is amended in Part 1

(a) in item 7, by deleting "section 5 or 6 of the Protection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance" and substituting the follow- ing-

"section 123 or 124 of the Crimes Ordinance";

(b) in ilem 8, by deleting "section 7 af the Protection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance" and substituting the follow- Ing

"aection 122 of the Crimes Ordin- BOCC",

The First Schedule is amended by deleting item 9 and substituting the following
