An Ordinance to amend the Road Traffic Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Sport due. Ordinance 1976.

2.

Section 4(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting, Amendment of after paragraph (gc), the following new paragraph-

"(gd) empowering the Commissioner to allocate upon sale by auction or at a special fee not exceeding $1,000, any un- assigned registration mark, not being a special registration mark, which has been requested by any person and which the Commissioner considers is suitable för allocation in such a manner;".
