13. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Director under this Ordinance may, within 21 days from the date when he was informed of the decision or within such further period as the Governor may allow in any particular case, appeal by way of petition to the Governor.

14. The Import and Export (Reserved Commodities) Regulations are revoked.
