Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and con- sent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Hongkong and Shanghai Short die woo Banking Corporation (Amendment) Ordinance 1978 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by dotice in the Gazette.

* Section 11 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

Acadracal of secuipa 11.

(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "thirty" and substituting the (Cap. 703

following-

"sixty":

(6) in subsection (2) by deleting "thirty" and substituting the

following

“aixty", and

(c) in subsection (3), by deleting "thirty" and substituting the

following-
