An Ordinance to amend the Magistrates Ordinance,

[11th November, 1977]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kang, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

This Ordinotice may be cited as the Magistrates (Amendment) Short (ible.

Ordinance 1977.

2. Section BIA of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment, uľ tubsection (2Xc) and substituling the following-

(Cap. 6.)
