An Ordinance to amend the Small Claims Tribunal Ordinance,
[25th November, 1977)
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Small Claims Tribunal snom dve. (Amendment) Ordinance 1977.
1. The principal Ordinance is amended in Part V] by deleting the Amendment of beading "APPEALS" and substituting the following-
“REVIEW AND APPBAL”.

3. The principal Ordinance is amended in Part VI by adding after sallon of section 27 the following new section--
"Review of warda Rod podem.
27A. (1) Except where a party has filed an application for leave to appeal and does not agree to withdraw the application, an adjudicator may, within 14 days from the date of an award or order given or made by him, review the award or order and on such review may re-open and re-hear the claim wholly or in part and may call or hear fresh evidence and may confirm, vary or reverse his previous award or order.
