An Ordinance to amend the Sale of Goods Ordinance.

Exacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council therbof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Sale of Goods (Amendment) Stan we. Ordinance 1977.

1 Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) in subsection (1)-

(0) by inserting after the definition of "action" the following new definition-

""business" includes a profession and the activities of any Government Department or the Urban Council or any other statutory body or authority:"; and

(i) by inserting after the definition of "buyer" the following new definition—
