Amendement of section 63.

(5) by inserting after "holiday pay the following-

", annual leave pay".

6. Section 43 of the principal Ordinance la amended by inserting after "holiday pay" the following

", annual [cave pay”.

7. Section 63 of the principal Ordinance is amended.....

(a) in subsection (2Kakii) by inserting after "section 18(2)" the

following-

41A(2), 41A(3) or 4[F(1)“;

(b) in subsection (4) by deleting "section 40," and substituting the

following-

"section 40% or

(c) to grant to any employee any annual leave which he is

required to grant under section 41A(1), or

(0) to grant to any employee any rest day or holiday which

he is required to grant under section 41A(4) or

(e) to pay to any employee any annual leave pay which he is required to pay under section 41A(1), 41D or 4IF(3),": and

(c) in subsection (5) by inserting after “32” the following-

"4]B, 410.".

8. (1) Notwithstanding section 1. employment during 1977 under s continuous contract which does not terminate before 1st January 1978, shall be deemed to be employment under a continuous contract for the purposes of Part VIIIA of the principal Ordinancs.

(2) Except in consequence of subsection (1), no employment prior to the commencement of thi‹ Ordinance shall entitle any employee to any annual leave or annual leave pay under Part VUIÃ of the principal Ordinance.
