An Ordinance to amend The Scout Association Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

I. This Ordinance may be cited as The Scout Association (Amend- short we ment) Ordinance 1977 and shall come into operation on a day to be d appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

1. The long title of the principal Ordinance la repealed and replaced Amendment of by the following-

Poor tile.

"To Incorporate the Scout Association of Hong Kong, and to further (Cap. 1005.)

and protect its activities."".

Section 1 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amsamees of "The Scout Association" and substituting the following-

"the Scout Association of Hong Kong".

4. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended—

(a)

by deleting the definition of "The Scout Association" and sub- stituting the following—

""Association" means the Scout Association of Hong Kong

being the body recognized by the World Scout Con
