(b) obtain a copy of or extract from any document or part of any document kept in the office of the Registrar of Companies under this Ordinances or (c) require any copy of or extract from any document or part of any document obtained by any person under paragraph (b), to be certified by die officer having lawful authority to perform the duty of registration of mancy-lender's under this Ordinance.".

An Ordinance to amend the Lands Tribunal Onlinunc

[1st April, 1977)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Lands Tribunal (Amendment) Sport dos. Ordinance 1977.

1 Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting. Amendrocar of after lbo definition of "qualified in law", the following definition—

The principal Ordinance is amended by adding, after section 7, Addison of the following sections-

TA. (1) Thers shall be attached to the Tribunal a registrar and such number of deputy registrars, assistant registrars, bailiffs, clerks, interpreters and other officers AÐ the Governor may consider necessary.

(2) In addition to the powers and duties conferred or imposed by or under this Ordinance or any other enactment, the registrar, any deputy registrar, assistant registrar, bailif clerk, interpreter and other officer attached to the Tribunal may exercise such powers and perform such duties, insofar as the same are applicable to the business of the Tribunal,
