of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Ferries (Amendment) Ordin- Short cute. ance 1977.
1 Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is ammended by inserting Amendment of after paragraph (6) the following new paragraph---

"(ba) the keeping of records by a person to whom a licence under
this Ordinance has been granted;".
3. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section B. Addition, af the following now "toclicas--

BA. (1) The Governor may give to the Commissioner for Transport such directions as he thinks fit with respect to the exercise or performance of his powers, functions and duties under this Ordinance, either generally or in any particular case.
