Section 14 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following-
*(1) Any person may, on payment of the fee specified in the Schedule-
(a) inspect the statements registered under this Ordinance;
and
(b) require to be issued-
@ a certificat: of the registration of any limited partnership;
(ii) a copy of or extract from any registered statement;
(i) a copy of or extract from any registered statement duly certified by the Registrar of Companies or one of the depury registrars.".
5. Section 15 of the principa) Ordinance la amended by deleting paragraph (4),

6. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 15 the following new section and Schedule-
Schedulo.
16. (1) There shall be paid to the Registrar of Companies in respect of the several matters set forth in the Schedule the several fees therein specified.
(2) The Governor in Council may by order amend the Schedule.
