boundaries, as shown on the plan, of the tunnel to be varied from time to time,
(2) Where any such boundaries are so varied, the Director of Public Works shall prepare a new plan fixing the location of and delineating the funnel.
(3) Every plan prepated in accordance with cubsection (2) shall be numbered, dated, signed by the Director of Public Works and deposited in the Land Office.
(4) Whenever a plan is deposited under subsection (3) the Director shall cause a notification of such deposit to be published in the Gazette.".

4. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 3 the following new section--

JA. (1) In any prosecution for an offence against this Ordinance, & copy of the plan, certified by the Director of Public Works to be a copy of such play, shall be conclusive proof of the area comprising the tunnel.
(2) Any such copy perporting to be certified by the Director of Public Works shall be deemed, until the contrary is proved, to have been certified by him,”

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Coundi thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be ciled as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Shen idle. Ordinance 1977.
2. Section 3(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (6) Amendment of
