with a person carrying on accident insurance business in the Cology in respect of his liability under the Workmen's Compensation Ordinancs for personal in- jury by accident to the employee to whom the com- pensation or liability for compensation is due;

(cc) any wages in lieu of notice payable to an employee under The Exaployment Ordinance, not exceeding in respect of each employee one month's wages $2,000 whichever is the lesser:";

(b) in subsection (2A) by inserting after 1970," the following-

"but before the 1st day of April 1977,";

(c) by inserting after subsection (ZA) the following new subsection-

“(23) Where the date of the receiving order is on or after the 1st day of April 1977, Ubs sum of $8,000 shall be deemed to be substituted in each case for the sums of three hundred dollar and one hundred dollars referred to in paragraphs (6) and (c) respectively, and for the sum of six thousand dollars referred to in paragraph (ex), of sube section (1)"; and

(d) in subsections (3) and (3A) by deleting "and (c)" and substinting
