An Ordinance to amend the Pensions (Increase) Ordinance.

[21st November, 1975]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

L. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Increase) (Amend- Shon de d ment) Ordinance 1976 and shall be deemed to have come into operation commencobert on the 21st November 1975.

1 Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by Repeat and the following-

Intplacement of section 5.

The amount of an authorized increase shall not be (Cap. 305.) taken into account for the purposes of section 9 of the Pensions Ordinance of section 8 or 10 of the Widows and Orphans Pension Ordinance".
