An Ordinance to amend the Commodities Trading Ordinance 1976,

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and con- sent of the Législative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Commoditics Trading share due. (Amendment) Ordinance 1976.

4. Section 201) of the principal Ordinance is amended in the Ameri definition of "shareholder" by deleting "and is a dealer"..

4. (1) The Commission shall consist of 7 members of whom~

(a) one shall be the Chairman of the Securities Com-

mission under the Securities Ordinance:

(b) another shall be the Commissibber; and

(c) the remaining 3 shall be persons appointed by the

Governor.
