Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Limitation (Amendment) Short dre Ordinance 1976 and shall come into operation on the 1st February 1977.

* Section 201) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of the definition "personal injuries" and substituting the following-

""personal injuries" includes any disease and any impairment of a
