An Ordinance to amend the Bankruptcy Ordinance.

I

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Start tục and (No. 2) Ordinance 1976 and shall come into operation on a day to be com appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2. Section 6(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (0) Amendnicat of by deleting "five hundred dollars" and substituting the following-

"more than five thousand dollars".

3. Section 18(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment off "he shall make out and submit" and substituting the following-

"he shall, unless the court otherwise orders, make out and aubmit".
