An Ordinance to amend the Legal Practitioners Ordinance.

(23rd July, 1976)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Amend- Shan Qua ment Ordinance 1976.

Section 2(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of the definition of "practising certificate" and substituting the following—

'præclising certificate" means————

(G) a certificate issued by the Society under section 6; and

section 2. (Cap. 159.)

(b) a certificate issued by the Registrar under section 30;",

Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) in subsection (1)–
