An Ordinance to amend the Immigration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Aman 1904. Ordinance 1976.
2. Section 25 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Agents and after subsection (5) the fallowing new subsection--
"(6) Without prejudice to subsection (5), the Colonial Secretary may require any person to whom paragraph (0) of subsection (5) applies to use for the purposes of the voyage from Hong Kong any acroplane or ship ticket or voucher issued in respect of that person.".

3. Section 36 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Aucadances of after subsection (2) the following" now subsections-
