Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Wild Animals Protection Span ude. (Amendment) Ordinance 1976.

2. Section 10(3)(b) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amrendrem of "and".

3 Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) in subsection (2)(0) by Inserting after "a public officer" the

following-

"or a member of Her Majesty's forces"; and

(b) in subsection (3)() by inserting after "police officer" the

following-

"or a member of Her Majesty's forces".
