that a goods lift in respect of which a notice of cremption has been served under subsection (1) should cease to be exempt from the provisions of this Ordinance, be may serve on the owner of the lift a notice in writing revoking the exemption of that Gift from the provisions of this Ordingnes with effect from à date specified in the notice.
(5) The date specified in a notice under subsection (4) shall be a date of earlier than four weeks from the date of service of such notice the owner of the goods, lift.
(6) In any proceedings under any Ordinance a docu ment purporting to be a copy of a notice served by the Director under subsection (1) or (4) and purporting to be certified by the Director as a true copy thereof shall be admitted In evidence on its production without further proof and until the contrary is proved, the Court before which such document is produced shall presumps-
(a) that the document is certified by the Director as a
true copy; and

(8) that the document is a truc copy of a police issued
under subsection (1) or (4),
(7) This section applies to goods lifts used in an in- dustrial undertaking other than construction work.

An Ordinance to amend the Co-operative Societies Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Amend- Short elle und meal) Ordinance 1976 and shall come into operation on a day to be commencerdest. appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
1. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting sub- Amendycar of section (3) and substituting the following-
section $.

"0) The word "limited" shall be the last word in, or its Chinese character equivalent shall form part of, the game of every society with Umited liability registered under this Ordinance.”.
3.
Section 10 of the principal Ordinance in amended in subsection (3) Amendment of by inserting, after "by-law", the following-
section 10.
"within one month from the date of such refusa?””.
