I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Independent Commission Short ude. Against Corruption (Amendment) (No, 2) Ordinance 1976.

2. Section 10 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsec- Amendment of Bon (Na) by inserting after "subsection (1) the following—
