An Ordinance to amend the Pensions Ordinanc

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and con-
gent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Persions (Amendment) Short dide. Ordinance 1976.
2. Section of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Amendment of after subsection (3) the following new subsection--
44) This section shall not apply to a judge of the Supreme Court or a district judge.".

Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting. aftor "judge" wherever it occurs in paragraphs (a) and (oo), the follow
"or a district judge”.

4. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 7 Addiulco, of the following new section

7A. I a judge or a district judge is removed fram office by the Governor by instrument under the Public Seal, the Governor may, if he thinks fit, grant to him such pension, gratuity or other allowance as he thinks just and proper.".
