13. Section 124A(4) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting “Governor" and substituting the following—

"Authority".

14. Section 125 of the principal Ordinance la amended by.... (a) deleling ", other than a regulation relating to payment of tees" in

subsection (1)ơ); and

(6) Inserting after sublection (1) the following new subsection--

“(1A) Except where the licensing authority is the Urban Council, subsection {1}{a) shall not authorize a licensing BU- thority to include in any registration, licence or permit a declaration waiving any provision relating to the payment of fees in a regulation made under this Ordinnoce.”,

15. The Third Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended-- (a) by inserting in the first, second and third columas the following
