An Ordinance to amend the Banking Ordinatice.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Banking (Amendment) (No. 2) Short uik. Ordinance 1975.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) Amendment of
by deleting the definition of "auditor" and substituting the following— susction 2.

"Auditor" means a professional accountant holding a practising
certificate as provided in the Professional Accountants Ordin ance".

Section 128 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Amcodniems of after subsection (2) the following new subsection-
“(3) The Governor in Council may by order amend this section se as to vary the fees payable thereunder.".
