An Ordinance to amend the Tramway Ordinance,

[21st November, 1975)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legistative Council thereof.

1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Tramway (Amendment Short útle and Ordinance 1975.

(2) Section 2 shall be deemed to have come into operation on the

1st January 1974;

Provided that nothing in this subsection or in section 2 shall be taken to affect the liability of the company to pay any royalty in respect of the year commencing on the 1st January 1973.

(3) Section 3 shall come into operation on the 1st December 1975.
