Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and content
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Inland Revenue (Amend. Shen, die ment) (No. 6) Ordinance 1973.
(2) Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 shall come into operation on a day
to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazerie and shall apply
to assessments for such year of assessment as may be specified in the notice and to subsequent years of assessment.
