An Ordinance to amend the Companies Ordinance.
[7th November, 1975)
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Short ütle, (No. 3) Ordinance 1975.
2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 149 Addidon of the following new section-a

149A. An answer given by a person to a question put
to him in exercise of powers conferred by-
(a) section 145; or
(6) general rules made under section 296(1) for carry- ing into effect the objects of this Ordinance so far as relates to the winding up of companies,
may be used in evidence against him, and a statement required by section 190 may be used in evidence against any person making or concurring in making it.",
