An Ordinance to amend the Railways Ordinance.
[7th November, 1975]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Railways (Amendrazal) Short Ville. Ordinance 1975.
2. Section 29 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) in subsection (1)})—
(1) by delering the comma at the end of sub-paragraph (iii) and substituting the following-
"; and"; and
(ii) by inserting, after sub-paragraph (iil), the following-
"(iv) to vendors of intoxicating liquor in any train,”; and
(b) by inserting, after subsection (1), the following-
"(1A)_No_person may be granted more than one licence under subsection (1){})(iv)",
