An Ordinance to amend the Public Transport Services (Kowloon and New

Territorica) Ordinance.

[15th August, 1975]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Transport Services Short 0032. (Kowloon and New Territories) (Amendment) Ordinance 1975.

Section of the principal Ordinance is amended by adding the Amendment

of section 1. following new subsection-

(Ckp. 318)

1975.

"(7) Notwithstanding subsection (1), no royalty shall be payable under this section in respect of the financial years of the Company beginning respectively on the 15th February 1972, the 15th February 1973, the 15th February 1974 and the 15th February 1975.",
