An Ordinance to amend the Inland Revenue Ordinance,

[4th July, 1975)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Inland Revenue (Amend. Shon tile. ment) (No. 4) Ordinance 1975.

* Section 51 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of wbaection (9).

Section 51A of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) in subsection (1)

(i) by inserting, after "the Commissioner" in the first place where it occurs, the following-

"or the deputy commissioner":

(ii) by inserting, after "the Commissioner may", the following—

** with the consent of the Board of Review,"; and

(b) by deleting subjections (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) and substituting

the following—

*(3) An application for the consent of the Board of Review shall be made in writing by the Commissioner to the

stodon 51.
