An Ordinance to amend the Merchant Shipping Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and conseil
of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Amend. Show tue. ment) Ordinance 1975.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the Amendment of definition of “vessel" and substituting the following—

"vessel" includes —
(a) any ship or boat or junk or any other description of vessel
used in navigation; and
(2) any floating dry dock, floating workshop or floating
restaurant."
3. Part XIV of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) in the beading thereto, by deleting "SMALL”; and
(8) in section 104(1), by inserting, after "dredgers", the following-

deating dry docks, floating workshops, floating restaurante".
