Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereaf.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Stamp (Amendment) (No. 2) Skom dels. Ordinance 1975.

This Ordinance, applies to documents becoming liable to stamp Appledon. duty on or after the 1st April 1975.

3. The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended—

Amendmacol of Sabedok.

(a) in paragraph (a) in the second column of head 5 by deleting "$2" (ce. (17.)

and substituting the following-

"$3.25":

(8) in paragraph (a) ja the second column of head fi by deleting “

and substituting the following-

(c) in paragraphs (a) in the second colucan of head 11(5)(a) and (b)

by deleting "25 cents" and substituting the following-
