(b) to invest its maney—

(i) on deposit at any bank, whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere; or

(ii) in the stocks, shares, or securities of any corporation carrying on business either in Hong Kong or elsewhere;

(c) to purchase, bire or acquire any movable

property:

(d) to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of, and, to charge, any of its property on such terms) as the trustees think fit;

(e) to develop or turn to account any of its immovable property in such manner and on. such terms as the trustees think fit;

(f) to borrow money for the corporation's,

purposes and to charge all or any of it movable or immovable property.

(2) The powers conferred on the corporation by subsection (1) may be exercised either alone or jointly with one or more other persons.".
