An Ordinance to amend the Merchant Shipping (Recruiting of
Seamen) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Short title. (Recruiting of Seamen) (Amendment) Ordinance 1975.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- Amendment section (1) by inserting after the definition of "Seamen's Recruiting of section 2. Office" the following definition—
* "service record book" means a Hong Kong seaman's service record book issued under the regulations made under section 14B:".
