An Ordinance to amend the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation)

Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant Short title. (Consolidation) (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1975.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment inserting, after the definition of "business premises". the of section 2. following-

"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Rating and

Valuation;"

3. Section 8(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment deleting "of Rating and Valuation".
