An Ordinance to amend the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant Short title. (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance 1975.

2. Section 58(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment deleting " on receipt of the representations of the tenant under of section

"shall, on the expiration of twenty one days from the receipt of the application".
