An Ordinance to amend the Clean Air Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Clean Air (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance 1974.

2. Section 15(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment inserting, after paragraph (d), the following new paragraph-

"(da) the court to make orders prohibiting the use of furnaces, ovens or chimneys installed, altered or modified in con- travention of this Ordinance or requiring any such furnaces, ovens or chimneys to be dismantled;”.
