A sum of eight hundred and thirty-three million, two hundred and seventy-five thousand three hundred and sixty-eight dollars is hereby charged upon the revenue and other funds of the Colony for the service of the Anancial year ended the 31st day of March 1974, the appropriation of the sum so charged being approved as specified in the Schedule.
